2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 (Seven) days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2.2 Non-returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Services that have already been performed.
2.3 Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 14 (Fourteen) business days.
3.2 Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Errors and Damaged Items
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. We will investigate damages and if damages occurred while product was in our possession, you will be contacted for arrangements on a replacement or refund.
