Our client is looking for an experienced Investment Consultant to join the team.

Description:

Managing a portfolio of existing clients by providing investment consulting services.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and in so doing retain existing client business and grow client accounts.

Duties:

  • Develop, monitor and review investment strategies for clients in the portfolio.
  • Manage and deliver investment consulting and advice services according to contracted service levels. This includes (but is not limited to) presentation of annual review results and fund performance to trustee boards/management committees. Conduct member education sessions when required.
  • Responsible for retention and growth of business against targets.
  • Market new and enhanced services to clients.
  • Maintain client records and advice documents (including compliance).
  • Build, maintain and manage client relationships.
  • Meet overall objectives by supporting team members.
  • Provide input to Corporate so as to enable products and services to be enhanced and developed.

 

Qualifications and required experience:

  • Bcom Degree or equivalent
  • General Employee Benefits experience
  • 3 – 5 years Investment Consultant experience
  • RE5
